A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in any retreat or event hosted by Simply Stitching. By booking a retreat, you agree to the following policies:

Booking & Payment

Payments can be made via our website and the services it offers.

The full amount is due at the time of the reservation booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total retreat fee.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Simply Stitching

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, illness). In this case:

You will receive a full refund, or
You may choose to apply your payment to a future retreat

We are not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses.

Participant Responsibilities

All participants must be at least 12 years old. Children between the ages of 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please contact us for potential exceptions.

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the retreat location.

Health & Safety

If you are ill or experiencing symptoms prior to the retreat, please notify us.

Simply Stitching follows local health guidelines and may require additional safety measures.

Property & Behavior

You agree to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.

Any damages caused to the retreat property may result in additional charges. If retreat property is lost or stolen during the time of your stay, you will be subject to a minimum $25 fee, PER ITEM.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk—without refund.

Photography & Media

Photos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Simply Stitching is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. By participating, you accept all risks associated with attending the retreat.
