Cancellation Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat fee (including the deposit).

No refunds will be issued for:

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat

No-shows

Early departures
Refunds Due to Retreat Cancellation
If Simply Stitching must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, health emergency):

You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or

You may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat date
We are not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation costs.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of your approved cancellation.
